Kruzzle is a crossword game for learning languages. This policy explains what data the app and its service providers process, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Summary
- Learning progress stays on your device. Words, stars, coins, streaks and achievements are stored in a local database on your phone and are not uploaded.
- Ads (Google AdMob). The app shows rewarded and interstitial ads. Google processes device identifiers, IP address and ad interaction data to deliver, measure and (with consent where required) personalise ads.
- No purchases. The app sells nothing; coins and lives are earned in the game.
- No accounts, no own server. Kruzzle has no sign-in and we do not operate a backend; we never ask for your name, email or phone number.
2. Data we process
2.1 Stored only on your device (not collected by us)
Learning progress, puzzle results, coin balance, streaks, achievements, settings and lives. This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.
2.2 Advertising — Google AdMob
When ads are loaded, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares with Google, according to Google's own disclosure (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/11952882): - Device or other identifiers: the Android Advertising ID / app set ID, or on iOS the IDFA (only if you allow tracking) and the IDFV; - Approximate location derived from your IP address; - App interactions with ads (views, taps, rewards earned); - Diagnostics (SDK performance and crash information).
Purpose: showing ads, measuring them, preventing fraud, and — only where you consent or where permitted by law — personalising ads. Ads are limited to content rated PG or lower.
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested, and can change their choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy in the app.

We do not sell your data and do not use any analytics SDK.
5. International transfers
Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard contractual clauses and certifications.
6. Retention
- On-device data: until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Ad data: retained by Google as described in its policies.
7. Deleting your data
- On-device data: uninstall the app, or use Android Settings → Apps → Kruzzle → Clear data.
- Ad data: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS, or change consent in Settings → Ad privacy.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK, CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@latenlukken.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Kruzzle is not directed to children under 13, and its recommended target audience on Google Play is 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
10. Security
All network traffic (AdMob) is encrypted in transit with TLS.
11. Changes
We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
